How to put a password on a PDF

When to lock a PDF
Salary slips, bank statements, ID copies and medical reports should be locked before sending by email or WhatsApp.
Steps
- Open Protect PDF.
- Choose the file and type a strong password.
- Download the locked PDF and send the password separately (for example by phone call).
A good password
At least 10 characters with letters and numbers. Do not use only your birth date or mobile number.
